What we do

Second Life Yachting helps yachts remove and manage items that are being replaced—surplus, upgrades, interior changes, and anything that’s no longer needed onboard. We handle the full process in a clean, organized way: from pickup coordination to sorting, listing, selling, and reporting.
But the goal isn’t only reuse. The main mission is Crew Welfare.

The mission: Crew Welfare

When a yacht updates equipment or refreshes interiors, a lot of items end up stored, forgotten, or thrown away. We turn those changeovers into real value that can go back to the crew—through a structure that is approved by the yacht/management.

That value can become:

Crew Credit / Crew Fund for events (recommended): crew dinners, activities, trips, celebrations—without anyone paying from their own pocket.

Crew Bonus / Extra income (if the yacht/management approves that setup).

Because everyone knows the reality: big crew dinners and group events can create crazy bills, and budgets are often tight or focused on the vessel rather than the crew experience.

Before anything is removed, items must be authorized by the appropriate party onboard (Captain/management/owner process). If needed, we document with photos + item list to keep everything clear and avoid misunderstandings.

Reporting + crew welfare return

We keep it structured and transparent. Two common outcomes:
A clear summary/report is provided (what sold, when, and the result), always aligned with the yacht’s rules and approvals.

What we collect

We collect all types of items removed from onboard—so you don't need to worry about condition or resale value. If it's suitable for resale, we curate and list it. If it's not suitable to sell, we donate it to charity whenever possible. Nothing gets wasted: items are either resold to generate value or donated responsibly.

Make removals and changeovers easy, not a headache. Turn "waste" into value with a clean process. Build a reliable crew welfare stream so dinners and events don't depend on personal spending—especially when the group is large and bills get out of control.
