I’m Sergio del Valle. I’ve spent close to nine years working on deck, which has shaped how I operate: disciplined, detail-focused, and fully aware of the standards and pace the yachting industry demands.

I hold myself to high standards and I’m serious about doing things properly—clean processes, clear communication, and consistency. Years onboard have also given me a strong understanding of how things really work in yachting, from day-to-day operations to the expectations behind the scenes.
